Embodying life force means to raise the level of consciousness finding the motivation in doing constructive work to elevate towards higher vibrational states of being. Everything you have processed or ignored in life it is shown through the body.

A personal blend of intuitive techniques influenced by Thai Massage, Shiatsu & Ayurveda to encourage specific changes in the body, mind and soul. By participating in this sessions, your whole-self will be prepared for the “Natural Aligment” training. Private sessions only.
Natural Alignment
Natural Alignment refers to an authentic daily practice devoted to solve excess pain, inflamations, numbness and calcifications in your structure. I invite you to participate in the training: in less than a month you will walk this endless path on your own. You will appreciate the gifts of this journey, having key access to many aspects of life increasing faith and self-awareness. Group or private sessions available.
Sound Journey
Healing sounds stimulate cellular structure re-organization according to the cymatic properties of the vibrations. There will be the use of a mix of electronic compositions from the personal collection and healing instruments. The ambient mixes suite well with every holistic enviroment and outdoor landscapes. Yoga Alignment
The technique use the principles behind “Natural Alignment” applied on Yoga. Developed in particular to guide practitioners to smoothly find balance between stability and flexibility avoiding injuries and improving the quality of their practice. Group or Private sessions available.
