Why
There are two things that we do every day and that we take for granted, assuming that they operate efficiently even without our presence: the breath and the activation of our feet. Do not make this mistake! By doing so, a subtle and constant process tends to build in the body, so gradual and slow that goes unnoticed to the distracted mind. After a while, unconsciously, it is common to have shallow breath, poor core muscles and the nervous system aggravated while thinking that everything is aging normally. We begin to forget about the foundations of our being. At this point every activity you perform is aggravating your already non-functional patterns.
